Stainless steel (304)
Hand wash in warm soapy water and dry immediately to keep the finish bright and prevent water spotting. Avoid steel wool or harsh abrasives on polished finishes.
Copper-tone plated stainless steel
This is a plated surface finish over a stainless steel body, not solid copper. Hand wash only, dry straight away, and avoid abrasive pads or the dishwasher — both will wear the plating over time.
Soda-lime glass
Hand wash is recommended for all glassware. Avoid sudden temperature changes (for example, pouring boiling water into a chilled glass), which can crack glass. Our glassware is not a toy and is not intended for children.
Silicone (ice moulds, mats, coasters)
Wash in warm soapy water before first use and after each use. Silicone ice moulds should be kept flat while filling and freezing.
Soapstone
Rinse and dry between uses, then return to the freezer. Soapstone is a hard, dense stone — take care when it’s in contact with thin glassware.
Cork
Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not soak cork coasters, as prolonged water contact can warp them.
Cotton and linen-blend textiles
Machine washable in warm water. Wash dark colours separately for the first few washes. Linen-blend polishing cloths should be washed without fabric softener, which can leave a residue on glass.
Wood handles
Hand wash only and dry the wood immediately. Do not soak or leave a wood-handled muddler submerged.
