1. Who we are
titanspirits.shop is operated by TITAN SPIRITS LTD. Our full company details are published on the Legal Information page.
2. Products
We sell barware and accessories only: cocktail shakers and sets, bar tools, glassware, ice moulds and chillers, bar mats and coasters, and bar cloths and aprons. We do not sell, ship or handle alcoholic beverages. We describe products as accurately as we can based on information from our suppliers; colours may vary slightly on screen.
3. Prices and currency
You can shop in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or Pounds sterling (GBP). Prices are set in USD and converted to EUR and GBP at rates we set and review from time to time. The currency and amount shown at checkout are the currency and amount charged. Delivery charges are shown separately before you pay. We are not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to our prices; import duties and taxes on arrival are covered on our Shipping & Delivery page.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, and will refund any payment already taken in that case.
5. Delivery and risk
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to you when they are delivered to your address. See our Shipping & Delivery page for timing and customs information.

7. Intellectual property
The text, images, video and design on this site belong to TITAN SPIRITS LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce or reuse them without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability for losses that aren’t a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses, is excluded.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you may also be entitled to protection under the mandatory laws of your own country of residence.
