TITAN works with sourcing and fulfilment partners rather than holding stock in our own warehouse. That means your order may be dispatched from outside your country.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and handed to a carrier within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.
Delivery estimates
- United Kingdom & Europe: typically 7–14 business days after dispatch
- United States & Canada: typically 8–16 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch
These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs processing, local carrier delays and remote addresses can extend them.
Customs, duties and import tax
Because items may be sent from overseas, your shipment can be subject to import duty, VAT or other charges applied by your country’s customs authority on arrival. These charges are set by your government, not by TITAN, and are the recipient’s responsibility unless your order confirmation says otherwise.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched, where a tracked shipping method is available for your destination.
Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@titanspirits.shop within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging so we can help quickly. If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your parcel, contact us within 14 days.
