Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

If you’re a consumer ordering from the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days — here’s exactly how that works, alongside our own return process.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, email support@titanspirits.shop with your order number, or use the model cancellation form below.

Returning the goods

Once you’ve told us you’re cancelling, please send the goods back within 14 days. Items should be unused, in their original packaging where possible, and in a condition that lets us resell them. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods unless the item is faulty, not as described, or we sent the wrong item.

Refunds

We refund the price paid, including standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence you’ve sent them, if earlier). Refunds are made to your original payment method.

Faulty or misdescribed items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not fit for purpose or doesn’t match its description, you may have the right to a full refund within 30 days of delivery, or a repair or replacement afterwards. This is separate from — and in addition to — the 14-day cancellation right above. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Items we can’t accept back

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept the return of glassware or drinking vessels that show signs of use, unless they are faulty.
